  • Joists 90×45 sg8 h3.2
  • Rafters 140 x45 sg8 h1.2
  • 19mm h3 plywood flooring h4
  • Frame is 90×45 h1.2

External spec:

  • Walls – COLORSTEEL corrugate/ flashings by LBP roofer
  • Roof – COLORSTEEL 5rib / flashings by LBP roofer
  • Both the roof and walls have high-spec underlay
  • Gutter- Box 125 COLORSTEEL with Marley 80mm downpipe

Internal spec:

  • Walls – 12mm BBI BLONDELINE plywood with negative detail
  • Roof – 12mm BBI BLONDELINE plywood with negative detail
  • Floor – Tile office carpet

Electrical spec:

  • 2 x LED down lights
  • 3 x double power points
  • 2x external LED up/down lights
  • Caravan plug/RCD board
  • Installed with electrical certificate

Insulation spec:

  • Roof R3.6 walls R2.4 underfloor R2.5
